Here's your quick photo introduction of what sure looks to be a new for 2017 offering from Odyssey Golf.
Callaway isn't sharing any details just yet, but it looks like the most likely story will revolve around the Microhinge Face Insert. For what it's worth, Callaway applied for a Trademark on the same phrase in August of this year.
What remains to be seen is whether the Microhinge face insert will offer any sort of actually compelling technology along the lines of PING's TR and EVNRoll's grooves, or we'll simply be treated to a retreaded story along the lines of TaylorMade's new TP Milled line.
Sorry...You Missed It
For those of you who are eager to try Microhinge technology for yourselves. Sorry, you missed out on your best early chance. A purported prototype was recently listed on eBay for $229.95. The seller pulled the auction before it ended, however. We have some thoughts on why that might have happened.
